Abstract

ABCD Hospital is a provider of quality health services to the community. Even though it has an integrated Information System and Information Technology (IS/IT), there are several problems that exist in the Hospital, namely the use of IS/IT which is not yet optimal because a number of employees still experience obstacles in using it. Therefore, this research aims to make proposals for the preparation and form of an IS/IT strategy plan at Rumah ABCD. The methodological approach used is Ward and Peppard. To facilitate research, there is a need for analytical techniques such as CSF (Critical Success Factor) Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, Porter's Value Chain Analysis, SWOT Analysis, McFarlan Grid's Application Portfolio. The results of this research are in the form of proposals for IS/IT strategy planning at ABCD, including the application portfolio and hardware software infrastructure needed now and in the future, IS/IT management strategies in the form of adding subsections to the Home IT division. Sick. With IS/IT strategic planning, it is hoped that it can provide solutions to the problems faced by ABCD.
