Penerapan Metode Design Thinking pada Perancangan Ulang UI/UX Website Rajadigital.com

Branding and websites are one of the services in the creative industry that require design and programming skills to suit consumer desires. In marketing, designers still have difficulty convincing users to use their services. Rajadigital Design at the address www.rajadigital.com is a website that provides branding services to create websites and information systems that contain promotional media for services and work portfolios for potential consumers. There are several problems currently being faced in the form of an administration system that still uses a manual system and is not well systemized. The features that the author has developed focus on ordering system design, deposits and design revisions, payments, and product showcases from Rajadigital on its website. The design thinking method was chosen because it provides a solution-based approach to solving problems. This is very useful for dealing with existing complex problems. There are 5 (five) stages for using the Design Thinking method, namely empathy, define, idea, prototype and testing. Using the Design Thinking method, a Rajadigital website is produced that suits the user's experience, desires and needs.
